Discover Kinkuna Park

In the heart of Allara, you'll find Kinkuna Park.

Kinkuna Park is a place where people of all ages can come together and enjoy the outdoors. The name Kinkuna is the Indigenous word for laughing and Allara means sunlight. Together they create the theme of the park "laughing in the sunlight".

With unique play zones, BBQ facilities, fitness and water play elements, Kinkuna will be an interactive experience where you can engage all of your senses.

Waterplay at Kinkuna Park is active during the warmer months November - April 8am-6pm.

Should you have questions or would like more information please contact the Allara team via Living@AllaraEstate.com.au

Make a splash

The 'Splash Pad' is Kinkuna's unique aquatic playground. With a vortex water tunnel, water sprouts, fountain spray and jet streams, the 'Splash Pad' will be a fun way to cool off during the summer months. All water used comes from the Mains Water System used to service households throughout Perth. The water is treated and tested in compliance with Department of Health and the City of Wanneroo daily for the enjoyment of all.

The 'Splash Pad' will be open daily from 8am to 7pm from December through to April.

Feel the rhythm

Create a beat of your own in Kinkuna's percussion play zone. Easy enough for all to use, the range of drums and chimes will bring music and energy to Allara.

Create your own adventure

In the centre of the Kinkuna Park you'll find the giant timber fort. With ropes, swings, slides and climbing webs, the fort can become a pirate ship, a medieval castle or jungle tree-house – it's up your kid's imagination. Surrounding balancing logs, stepping stones and shady trees encourage kids to explore the natural environment.

Come together

Connecting with others is good for our health and wellbeing. Kinkuna's basketball courts, kick-about areas and fitness equipment provide a place where adults and older kids can play and be active as a team. These areas will also be a place for Allara to come together and hold community and sporting events.

Take your time

Shaded areas, picnic tables, toilets and BBQs make Kinkuna Park a place you can stay for an hour or for an entire day. Pack a picnic and find a place to sit, relax and enjoy the company of friends and family.

Share your experience

Free Wi-Fi is coming to Kinkuna. Soon you’ll be able to check your news feed and share a photo of you and your family enjoying the park. You'll even be able to bring your laptop and create your own outdoor office. It's another way Allara makes it easier to connect with the world around us.
